New olim
New to Kfar Saba? Start here
Kfar Saba has no single Anglo or French neighbourhood: Nefesh B'Nefesh says olim live all over the city. The municipal absorption department at 33 Jerusalem St is the first stop, and it has a French-speaking coordinator for French olim.
