The western, 21st-century half of Kfar Saba HaYeruka, planned for young couples: four elementary schools and a middle school across the green neighbourhoods, the HaYeruka mall and the quickest way to Ra'anana and Route 4. The highest average asking rent in the city, 10,146 NIS (Realta, 13 listings).
The eastern part of the green neighbourhoods, closer to the centre and Meir hospital, with streets named after Hebrew songwriters and the Rachel HaMeshoreret branch library on Naomi Shemer St. Average asking rent 9,667 NIS (Realta, 6 listings).
A 1990s neighbourhood on former farmland north of Meir hospital: Dutch-style shared streets around Gan Kedoshei Kahir, a big central playground, and low buildings of roomy flats, duplexes and garden flats. Average asking rent 9,400 NIS (Realta, 3 listings).

A north-western workers' neighbourhood founded in 1937-39 with a farm plot for each of its 111 households, planned by Arieh Sharon; the Yemenite Shabazi neighbourhood adjoins it. The Baron Menashe garden museum is in this corner of the city. Average asking rent 4,700 NIS (Realta, 3 listings).
Small western neighbourhoods next to Kiryat Sapir: Lamfert was built in 1947 by discharged Jewish Brigade soldiers on the old Lamfert orchard, and the city's first 8-storey building went up here in 1966. Average asking rent 8,050 NIS in Maoz, 4,521 NIS in Lamfert (Realta, 8 and 7 listings).

The grid around Weizmann St, which the municipal map leaves unnamed, plus small historic neighbourhoods such as Mizrahi A, Kisufim, Motzkin and Halutzim. City hall, Kiryat Sapir with the culture hall and central library, Kanyon Arim, the market and the central bus station are all here. Average asking rent about 7,100 NIS (Realta, 93 listings).

Small south-western neighbourhoods by Route 402 and Kfar Malal: Degania near the Sharett and Shazar middle schools, Oved Ben Zion on a former orchard, and HaPrachim with its flower-named streets. Average asking rent 6,729 NIS (Realta, 17 listings).
The south-east: Tkuma's 1960s apartment blocks, Geulim's private houses (it began as the 1950 ma'abara) and HaRishonim's newer buildings, with the Yitzhak Sadeh school and the Kfar Saba - Nordau train station at its edge. Average asking rent 7,324 NIS (Realta, 25 listings).
A 1950s neighbourhood of older blocks near the industrial zone, named after Eli Cohen. The Eli Cohen community centre and branch library (with English books) is at 189 Weizmann St. Average asking rent 5,100 NIS (Realta, 3 listings).

An eastern neighbourhood begun in 1951 for residents of the ma'abara (Ben-Gurion laid the cornerstone): old blocks beside newer private houses, the Kaplan community forest and youth centre, a Haredi community centre on Amos St and a mikveh. Average asking rent 5,601 NIS (Realta, 7 listings).

An eastern neighbourhood built from 1962 for immigrants from North Africa, Iran and Europe, with a large pinui-binui renewal plan announced in 2021. The Beit Avraham community centre, which also serves the Ethiopian community, and a Bnei Akiva branch are here. Average asking rent 4,570 NIS (Realta, 13 listings).

One of the three eastern neighbourhoods of the mass-immigration years, built in the late 1960s and early 1970s and first home mainly to immigrants from the Soviet Union. Average asking rent 5,100 NIS (Realta, only 2 listings).
An eastern 'build your own home' neighbourhood of private houses between Kaplan and Ganei HaSharon, created when farmland was released to link the eastern neighbourhoods to the centre. Average asking rent 5,225 NIS (Realta, 4 listings).
A 1990s north-eastern neighbourhood (locals call it 'Tashlaz') of 3-5 storey buildings near the city park and the sportek, built so that half the residents could rent first and buy later. Average asking rent 8,460 NIS (Realta, only 1 listing).

Named after the citrus groves that stood here: an early-1990s neighbourhood of private houses and low-rise buildings with a large park, an elementary school, the Geller community centre and library, the archaeological garden on the ancient tel, and the sportek next door. Average asking rent 6,435 NIS (Realta, 11 listings).

The eastern area by Yitzhak Wald city park, the Levita stadium and the country club. Hebrew Wikipedia describes the nearby 'Kfar Saba HaTze'ira' (built 2005-2015, 8-9 storey buildings); whether it is inside this map area is not confirmed. Realta's averages here rest on tiny samples (4,010 NIS from 5 listings).
