Kfar Saba's municipal Young Adults Center serves residents aged 18-40 with advice on studies, work and army service, and the city runs free pre-army and serving-soldier counselling. Tel Aviv University and the Tel Aviv train stations are a direct bus or train ride away.

The municipality offers free counselling to residents before enlistment and during service (09-7636576).

Check the arnona exemption for soldiers
Soldiers in regular service who support their family, Sherut Leumi volunteers and their parents can get arnona discounts of up to 100%; the municipal page lists the conditions.

Join the job board
The Young Adults Center runs a WhatsApp job board for young adults in the city.

Commute to campus
Metropoline 572 runs to Tel Aviv University and 575 to Tel Aviv Savidor station; the train from Kfar Saba - Nordau goes through Tel Aviv. Plan trips on bus.gov.il.

Nefesh B'Nefesh runs national programmes for lone soldiers and for bnot sherut without family in Israel; we found no lone-soldier home in Kfar Saba itself.
