For babies and toddlers, Kfar Saba has its own municipal daycare network, Yaldut BaKfar, with five centres run by the municipal leisure company; places are offered on a space-available basis. Beyond the municipal centres, the Ministry of Education's open data lists dozens of recognised daycare centres (maonot yom) in the city, which matters for the government daycare subsidy. For older children, the municipality runs the Yula afternoon programme in city gans and the Nitzanim after-school programme in primary schools, which runs until 17:00 on school days.
